Consumer Dispute Resolution
We are not willing and not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
An exception applies to consumers residing in France: In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation) regarding the amicable settlement of disputes, ekomia GmbH adheres to the Mediation Service of the CMAP (Centre de Médiation et d'Arbitrage de Paris). In the event of a consumer dispute that could not previously be resolved by a written complaint to our customer service, the French consumer has the option of contacting the CMAP Mediator free of charge in order to reach an amicable agreement.
